Business plan is simply the blue print of a business. It is putting into writing the business strategies designed to give a business entity competitive advantage among others competitors and by extension helps the enterprise in achieving its corporate objectives.

The primary aim of business plan is to serve as a guide and control measure for the business operations, with a view to achieving some set business goals. However, many people think of business plan as a document used to secured external funding. This is also important nevertheless, because potential investors, including banks may invest in your idea, work with you or lend you money as a result of your plan.

In summary, there’s a lot of myth / mystery about developing an entrepreneurial mindset. Some people think that entrepreneurs are born, while others think that entrepreneurs are made. Whenever people ask me the above questions. I always feel that that’s the wrong question.

The right question for me is “ WHO VOLUNTEERS TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR?  Who volunteers to solve problems?

An entrepreneur to me and the mindset that he has is that he “sees a problem and then he solves it”.  Learning how to identify and solve problems is what this course is all about and your prosperity is connected to the number of problems that you solve!
